Autumn Room Touches

By the time you are reading this blog post it is officially Autumn*sips pumpkin spice latte*. Where has the time gone? I thought this definitely called for a Autumnal themed blog post so here it is!

I love making my room festive and adding some seasonal touches to it. There’s nothing better than coming into your room after a long day, turning on some fairy lights and relaxing. I like to keep my room a calm, cosy space that I LOVE so I can fully relax. I feel like in Autumn/Winter you spend a lot more time inside therefore it’s lovely to have a nice bedroom.  You don’t have to spend a fortune decorating your room either! I did some DIYs that were practically free and look adorable in my room. I ordered some fake leaves of eBay for around £1 and I DEFINITELY got my moneys worth! I made a leaf garland to string round my bed by threading leaves onto string and entwining fairy lights round them. I was soo happy with how it looks and it makes my room extra cosy. I also made a twig tea-light holder. All I did was use a hot glue gun to attach some twigs round a mason jar. Here are a few pictures of some Autumn touches I’ve added to my room. Hopefully it will give you some inspiration!

This makes my room super cosy!

p.s. I have just created a Pinterest account and would love it if you could check it out. It’s here:
