Hi everyone! I thought I haven’t done a beauty related post in a while so here you go! I feel like lately I’ve been starting to use a few more skin care products and actually been doing it every night rather than just taking my makeup of with some water. My skin feels so much better because of it and I’ve not been getting as many spots . I feel like when it starts to get a bit colder my skin can start to get really dry so I’ve been using moisturizer and lip balm a lot more lately as well. I like to keep my skincare relatively simple, I don’t want to be putting 3 different types of moisturiser on!
First I will remove my makeup with Garnier Micellar Water. I wash my face with a flannel first and then put some micellar water on a cotton pad and wipe my face. It removes your makeup really quickly without having to scrub at your skin for ages. My skin also feels very fresh and clean after using it.
I will then use a cleanser. My go-to cleanser at the moment is Soap and Glory The Fab Pore foam cleanser. I like that it’s a foam cleanser because it really feels like it’s cleaning your skin. I definitely noticed that it cleared up my skin and it smells AMAZING! I pump a bit onto my hand and massage it into my face until it goes all foamy. I will then rinse it of and pat dry with a towel.
After that I will then put on a spot treatment. My favourite spot treatment is Clearasil Anti-Blemish Treatment Cream. I will just add a little bit onto the spots and leave to settle. It normally gets rid of a spot within around 2 days and my skin is looking a lot clearer.
I always like to use some moisturizer, especially now it’s getting colder. My favourite moisturiser to use in the evening is Nivea Night Cream. It’s quite thick but really works and is very refreshing. You also don’t need to use a lot of it so lasts a long time.
Finally, I use some Clarins lip oil. This stuff works amazingly and instantly cures dry lips. I LOVE it! My lips always feel very moisturised and I never wake up with dry lips now! Although it’s quite pricey it’s definitely worth the money as it really does the job.
